If this a service request, please include make, model, and serial number of the equipment, as well as a description of the issue(s). Please note that I work on COMMERCIAL equipment, the only home units I generally work on are LaMarzocco and Rancilio as I stock parts.

Several other home units are not designed to be repaired in the field, and do not use standard, readily available commercial parts.
